Limited Lobby Access

Our Main Office (11050 Johns Hopkins Road) and Columbia Branch (8870 McGaw Road) are now open for walk-in traffic during normal lobby hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, and 9 AM to noon on Saturdays. For the safety of our members, our staff and our community, we are limiting the number of members in each location at any given time.

Access to our JHU/APL Campus Branch is restricted until further notice. Members who normally use the Campus Branch may visit the Main Office for their banking needs. 

Although we now have limited lobby access at our Main Office and Columbia locations, we are still encouraging members to conduct their Credit Union business remotely whenever possible and to use our secure messaging platform within eBranch. Our Call Center and drive-thru lanes are available to serve you during normal business hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday - Friday, and 9 AM to noon on Saturdays.

Financial Assistance

We are prepared to assist members whose income is impacted by all the shutdowns, or may experience financial hardship in the days and weeks ahead. We encourage members who anticipate financial issues down the road to be proactive. It’s better to contact us ahead of time for assistance.
