APL FCU Branch Lobby Access

For the safety of our members, our staff and our community, access to all APL FCU branch lobbies is currently restricted. Our Call Center and drive-thru lanes are available to serve you during normal business hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday - Friday, and 9 AM to noon on Saturdays. 

We realize how important it is for us to maintain as much access as possible for our members, so we will be initiating the following steps to ensure we can provide all necessary services to you while our lobbies remain closed:

  • Enhanced Drive-Thru Services – We will have additional staff working the drive-thru lanes, while also removing most transaction restrictions. For added safety and peace-of-mind, the drive-thru canisters will be disinfected between each use. Drive-thru hours are from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9 am to noon on Saturdays.
  • Increased Telephone and Email Support – APL FCU Staff members will be available to assist members by phone or email. You may reach us during normal business hours at 443-778-5250, or by emailing us at callcenter@aplfcu.org. You may also send us a secure message by logging into your account and clicking on the Help icon located at the top of the screen (eBranch) or in the dropdown menu (Mobile App).
  • First Mortgage Settlements – Members with an upcoming first mortgage settlement at an APL FCU Branch will be granted access at their scheduled settlement time.
  • Transaction Processing – Please note that there will be no disruptions in scheduled and recurring transactions (such as direct deposit, check clearing, account transfers, bill payments, etc.).

Our goal is to handle as many transactions as possible electronically or through the drive-thru lanes. In some instances, such as to access a safe deposit box, members may still need to come into a branch lobby. We will assist those members by appointment, with special work stations set up to allow for social distancing while the member is inside the Credit Union. Digital Banking
We encourage members to use eBranch and Mobile Banking for 24/7 account access. Both services feature our free Bill Pay, while free Mobile Deposit service is available directly in our app.

Surcharge-Free ATMs
APL FCU members have unlimited access to the Allpoint ATM Network. More than 55,000 surcharge-free Allpoint ATMs are available in national and regional retailers like Target, Walgreens, CVS and Costco. Financial Assistance

We are prepared to assist members whose income is impacted by all the shutdowns, or may experience financial hardship in the days and weeks ahead. We encourage members who anticipate financial issues down the road to be proactive.
