APL FCU Branch Lobby Access - Appointment Only

For the safety of our members, our staff and our community, access to all APL FCU branch lobbies is currently by appointment only. Our Call Center and drive-thru lanes are available to serve you during normal business hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday - Friday, and 9 AM to noon on Saturdays. Appointments may be made for items that may need to be conducted in person.

As we work our way through this pandemic, the well-being of our members and staff continues to be of utmost importance to us. We want to ensure we are accommodating the financial needs of our members while doing our part to promote social distancing and to maintain a safe business environment.

At this time we are still encouraging our members to conduct their Credit Union business remotely whenever possible. To assist in this endeavor, we have additional staff members assigned to our call center, drive-thru lanes and back office messaging center.

Although most financial transactions can be conducted remotely through our eBranch and Mobile Banking platforms, or at a safe distance through our drive-thru lanes or call center, we realize some functions can only be conducted in person (such as safe deposit box access, coin redemption, mortgage settlements, etc.).

If you need to conduct any APL FCU business in person, we are allowing branch access by appointment only. This will enable us to limit the number of members in a branch at any given time.

To set up an appointment at either our Columbia Branch on McGaw Road or our Main Office on Johns Hopkins Road, please call us at 443-778-5250 or log into your account and send us a secure message through eBranch. One of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

Financial Assistance

We are prepared to assist members whose income is impacted by all the shutdowns, or may experience financial hardship in the days and weeks ahead. We encourage members who anticipate financial issues down the road to be proactive. It’s better to contact us ahead of time for assistance.
