If your Visa Debit or Credit card has been lost or stolen, or you notice suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us immediately.

Instant Issue Replacement Cards

APL FCU offers "Instant Issue" card service for our members. With Instant Issue capability, we can print debit and credit cards on site at all three branches. If you are missing one (or more) of these cards, and do not plan to come in right away for an instant issue card, please contact the Credit Union immediately to let us know. We want to protect the cards while they are not in your possession.

If your APL FCU debit or credit card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can stop by any branch location during regular lobby hours to pick up a replacement card. You no longer have to wait a week or more for a replacement card to arrive in the mail.

For members who do not live close to a branch, but need a replacement card right away, we offer overnight and 2-3 day express mail service*.

Instant Issue card service is also available for members opening a new card account in person. Members will receive their new cards at the time of account opening, instead of waiting the normal 7-10 days for cards to be ordered, printed, and mailed out.

* For rush delivery, APL FCU charges a fee to cover the Credit Union's express mail costs. Contact the Credit Union for current pricing. There is no charge for standard mail delivery.
