Entire Month of May

APL FCU will be sponsoring a Spring Food Drive to benefit families in need in Howard County. We will be collecting canned and dry goods at all three branches during the month of May. Please double check expiration dates prior to donation.

Items especially in need:
Canned Fruit, Vegetables, Beans, Soup and Tuna
Peanut Butter & Jelly
Cereal & Powdered Milk
Dry Pasta and Spaghetti Sauce
Instant Potatoes

We will be sending all collected items to the Howard County Food Bank. Food donations during the holiday season help stock the location, but supplies often run low during the spring when donations decrease. This food drive will ensure we can support families in need during these months.

APL FCU will hold a free community Shred Day from 9:00 am to 11:45 am.
The event will take place in the lower Applied Physics Lab parking lot beside our Main Office Branch.

Members and non-members are invited to shred financial statements, receipts, invoices and other personal documents.

Please limit shredding materials to two boxes each weighing less than 100 pounds. Paperclips and staples are permitted, but three-ring binders and black binder clips cannot go through the shredder. No media/electronic shredding available at this event.

Please consider bringing a nonperishable food item to this event to support our efforts for the Howard County Food Bank.
