Mobile App or Google Wallet Deletion

1. If a member deletes the Android App from their phone or other device it does not automatically close their membership with APL FCU. The member needs to contact the Credit Union to formally request their accounts be closed.

2. Upon receiving a member request to close their membership, the member’s accounts are closed within 1 – 3 business days, which includes disabling access to online banking and the mobile app through Alkami. 

3. Per NCUA regulations we are required to retain up to 7 years of member transaction data, which we retain securely on our core banking platform. That data is only accessible to the member per formal request (such as in the case of an IRS audit).
