What to Expect (as of May 11, 2021) Some things may look different, but member service remains a priority and we are here to serve you to the best of our ability - as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect at your next branch visit:
We will follow CDC guidance to make sure our lobbies remain clean, and hand sanitizer will be readily available.
Members are required to wear a face mask while in our branch and maintain social distancing protocols.
An APL FCU associate will manage branch capacity, with a maximum of six members at a time, to allow for proper social distancing.
Other Ways to Bank and Connect with APL FCU
As a reminder, you can bank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using APL FCU Online Banking with eBranch and our Mobile App. Our full-service drive-thru service will also remain as another way to bank with us. Additionally, our general Call Center phone number – 443.778.5250 – will be available Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - Noon.
