Important Information for Quicken and Mint Users

 

 

 

 
The upcoming conversion of our online banking system on will cause a short disruption in Intuit aggregation services. If you use Web Connect, Express Web Connect, QuickBooks or Mint, please follow the detailed instructions to ensure the smooth transition of your data.
  • Web Connect Users: you should back up your data and complete a final download prior to conversion. You will also need to disconnect from our old platform and reconnect to the new platform. Please follow the step-by-step Web Connect instructions for Windows or Mac.
  • Express Web Connect Users: service will be interrupted for about 5 business days after conversion. You should complete a back-up of your data and a final download prior to conversion. You will also need to disconnect from our old platform, then reconnect to the new platform once Intuit aggregation service is restored on or after 11/5. Please follow the step-by-step Express Web Connect instructions for Windows or Mac.
  • QuickBooks Online Users: service will be interrupted for about 5 business days after conversion. You should back up your data and complete a final download prior to conversion. You will also need to disconnect from our old platform, then reconnect to the new platform once service is restored on or after 11/5. Please follow the step-by-step QuickBooks instructions.
  • Mint.com Users: Please do not open Mint for 5 business days after the conversion to ensure the Mint product is properly updated. You may log back in on or after 11/5. more info
