Audio Response

Our 24-hour Audio Response service allows you to make many of your transactions with one telephone call.

Make inquiries about account balances, checks cleared, loan balances, deposits, withdrawals, dividends earned, loan interest paid, savings/loan rates, loan payment calculations, and more.

You also can make transfers, loan payments and check withdrawals.

Using Audio Response
Please note: Your Member Number is your account number at the credit union. The "Account Number Code" on Audio response is the number associated with a particular account type; for example, Regular Savings = 1. Terminology used in Audio Response may be slightly different from terms we use at the credit union. Shares are savings accounts and share drafts are checking accounts.

Speeding Up Transactions
To complete transactions quickly, you can skip some of the voice prompts by linking entries in a series with a *. For example, when you are asked for your member number, enter: member number * access code #.

Stop Speech is a feature that can be used to complete transactions faster. You will stop the automated attendant by entering your next response while the message is being spoken.
